Hi, my name is Sarah. 

I am a Leadership Development professional with over 12 years of experience supporting corporations to enhance their leadership. As a trusted thinking partner to executives and decision-makers at some of Canada’s Top 50 employers, my world is full of inspiration. I also host the ‘Iterations Podcast’ where we talk to Canada's most innovative corporate leaders and game-changers about what it takes to reinvent the world of work. I also have a group of talented coaches who work with me in organizations and together we create meaningful impact across teams, departments, units and the entire organization. I have designed multiple coaching programs to support HR and people ops to roll out our coaching services internally.

My clients will tell you that I am a spontaneous and playful human. I am also known for my willingness to challenge our collective thinking on all things work. One of my core beliefs is that ‘if it can be imagined it can be achieved’ and so the stretching of the imagination is one of my happy places. I pride myself in my pragmatic and creative approach which allows conversations to lean into ideas and innovation confidently.
