1 to1 Virtual Leadership Coaching

Coaching is a service where the coach acts as a thought partner in a trusted and confidential relationship. We meet for one-hour call according to your desired cadence. Coaches approach conversations knowing that you have the knowledge, experience, and skills to achieve what is needed. As such, the coach's role is not to provide advice or guidance but rather to listen deeply, ask with curiosity, and provide feedback that supports you to expand your thinking and clarify your actions. The client sets the goals, agenda and outcomes while the coach uses a framework to clarify decisions and actions, set accountability and manage progress.

Executive 360 Feedback is an interview-based process where the coach interviews a rater group to gain insight into the effectiveness of the executive. Raters can include direct reports, board of directors, and other executive team members who engage in an interview process to assist the coach in identifying the effectiveness of the executive.

The executive receiving the feedback gains insights from a non-partial coach who is skilled at gaining valuable through engaging in dialogue with raters and building it into a themes document that highlights levels of effectiveness in pre-determined areas. The executive will walk away from this experience with an action plan and clear measurables to support their effectiveness.

Team Development

Team Coaching Is a service where the coach acts as an external and un-biased support to a team. The coach acts without preference (cautious to never drive the team in any direction) and encourages the team to engage in more meaningful and sometimes uncomfortable dialogue. These efforts help the team to better understand each other individually and as a whole. Better relationships equal better results. The coach supports the team in both of these domains (relationship and results) in an effort to help the team drive the business vision forward as a cohesive unit. Coaches can be the ones to uncover the narrative and help the team see their own barriers and resources so that they work better together.

For business teams, team development services provides dedicated time with a coach who helps the team:

  • Better understand team dynamics and their impact on organizational effectiveness

  • Navigate shifting systems and structures as initiatives change, strategy evolves etc

  • Find ways to improve communication in a time-constrained environment

  • Focus on collective well-being and its relationship to performance

  • Navigating conflict at an individual, collective, and organizational level

  • Surface unspoken issues, concerns, and constraints within the team
